For covered construction and other non-cleaning immovable-property works, and ready-mixed concrete deliveries, at worksites worth at least €500,000 excl. VAT: register IN on arrival and OUT on departure. No separate break registration for this construction scope.

VOLENG Connect currently uses hosting infrastructure in the Netherlands (EU) for its application and database. Access is role-based; employee documents are encrypted at rest when the document module is configured. Processing personal data also requires appropriate GDPR agreements and security practices.

From 1 April 2027, IN/OUT registration applies to covered non-cleaning works on immovable property and deliveries of ready-mixed concrete at worksites worth at least €500,000 excluding VAT. Certain cleaning activities already have separate IN/OUT and break registration requirements. Existing Checkinatwork rules also cover other activities, including meat processing. Always check the official conditions for your work.

Checkinatwork is the existing Belgian presence registration service for certain activities and worksites. It is not the same as ordinary employee time tracking.
What changes from 1 April 2027?
For covered non-cleaning works on immovable property and ready-mixed concrete deliveries with total site value of at least €500,000 excluding VAT, Check in and out at work requires both arrival and departure registrations.

Can an employee visit several worksites in one day?
